Schematic set 12/15/09 (before phone conversation)

The images below were prepared prior to discussed changes on the phone. This set is Schematic Design 12/15/09 as dated the next set with changes we discussed will also be a  Schematic Design with a new date.

THE BLUES 120309

These images "the blues" show the existing house remodeled with more detail and in it's REAL size. the existing house model on the red images was too small and more importantly too short. sizing up the exsiting house makes a lot of difference. the first image in RED has the house size adjusted...

Design Scheme 120209

These are the model and rough floor plan images that I sent in the email. The addition it looks a bit tall I will check this out. one reason for this is to the roofs al drain properly. and they do  the large window openings are intended to be a pair of double hung windows so there would be a "cross made by frame and sash in each opening.  the locations were quickly placed and the pairs may be too large but they are great looking. I envision that their may be in the coupala is that how you spell in and a platform up there to sit;; about a 7'x10' room.  Double click on the images to see them BIG.
